The subscription membership service is provided to you by Hoola TV. The Terms & Conditions govern your use of our service. As used in these Terms & Conditions, "our service" or "the service" means the service provided by HoolaTV for discovering and watching TV channels, including all features and functionalities, website, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our service.
HoolaTV Essential membership is 3.99 per month or 5.99 for HoolaTV Ultimate Ad Free membership and will continue month-to-month until terminated. Unless you cancel your membership before your monthly renewal date, you authorize us to charge your next month's membership fee to your Payment Method (see "Cancellation" below). To use any of the HoolaTV services you must have Internet access and HoolaTV website supported devices and you must provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment, which you may update from time to time ("Payment Method"). You can find specific details regarding your membership with HoolaTV by visiting our website and clicking on the "Account" link available at the top of the pages of the http://hoolatv.com website (the "HoolaTV Website").
2. Free Trials
a. Your HoolaTV membership starts with a free seven day trial. The subscription fee is paid at the end of the free trial period and can be cancelled at any time during your monthly membership.
b. We will bill your Payment Method for your membership fee immediately after choosing HoolaTV Essential or Ultimate membership and submitting your monthly payment of 3.99 or 5.99 respectively. To view the membership price and end date visit the HoolaTV Website and click the "Account" tab on the website page. You will receive a notice from us that your paid membership has begun.
a. Billing Cycle. The membership fee for our service will be billed on a monthly basis to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paid membership. In some cases, the timing of your billing may change, for example, if your Payment Method has not successfully settled. Visit the HoolaTV Website and click on the "Billing " link on the "Account" page to see your next payment date.
b. Payment Methods. You can change your Payment Method by visiting the HoolaTV Website and clicking on the "Account" link. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not change your Payment Method or cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have obtained a valid Payment Method. You authorize us to continue billing the Payment Method, as it may be updated and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates. For certain Payment Methods, the issuer of your Payment Method may charge you a foreign transaction fee or other charges. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
c. Cancellation. You can cancel your HoolaTV membership at any time and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of the existing month billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods or unwatched TV channels. To cancel, just simply send an email to email@example.com and provide your username. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current month. To see when your account will close, click "Account "on the website page.
e. Other Limitations. We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership in our discretion. You may not transfer or assign your HoolaTV essential membership or ultimate membership benefits, including promotion codes for memberships or benefits, except as allowed in these terms.
